It is with great regret that we have to inform you that we have taken the decision to close the practice for face to face consultations until at least Monday the 6th of April 2020.
This is a time of concern for everyone. The health and wellbeing of all our patients, our staff, our working partners and our wider community are the most important thing to us. In light of the most recent Government advice to minimise social contact we feel that this is the right thing to do in order to protect each other and minimise the risk of further spread of Coronavirus/COVID 19. We firmly believe that at this time it is vitally important to relieve pressure on our NHS and hope that by doing this we will be all be able to return to normality as soon as possible.
Rest assured our physiotherapists are still working. We will soon be able to offer all new and existing patients video or telephone consultations. As always we are determined to offer our patients the best care possible. These services will allow us to continue to thoroughly assess, give specific advice and reassurance to our patents.
Our team are working hard to contact patients regarding future appointments, and we will contact those with imminent appointments as soon as possible.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the support of the community of Midlothian since we first opened back in 2008, we know first hand that it is a great place to live and work. We ask for everyone in our community to continue to look out for their neighbours and those that are vulnerable within our community. For those that are able please consider donating to Midlothian foodbank or Age Scotland there are lots of people in our community who benefit directly from their services. Finally, please continue to follow the Government Guidelines and NHS Scotland Guidelines and stay safe!
