Alistair
Matson MCSP
HPC ACPSM
Alistair Graduated with first class honours from Queen
Margaret University College in 2000.
A musculoskeletal clinical specialist he has a wealth
of experience in both adult and paediatric age groups.
He has experience with paediatrics at the Royal Hospital
of Sick Children in Edinburgh where he worked for 18 months
on first graduating. Since then he has worked in private
sector out-patient departments most recently over the
past two years at BUPA Murrayfield Hospital in Edinburgh.
Alistair has also worked with elite athletes in the University
of Newcastle Upon Tyne sports injuries clinic and Sunderland
Football Club Youth Academy. |

He worked for Heart of Midlothian
Football Club during 2005/06 season working with academy
players as well as first team and reserve players. These
roles have involved not only treating and rehabilitating
injuries but also screening and implementing injury
prevention strategies. Alistair currently also works
part time with the first team at Raith Rovers Football
Club.
Alistair also played amateur football until recently
and has recently completed the New York City Marathon.
He's now training for his first triathlon.
